We bought the neo manila rope for our swing. Gerardo was meticulous in getting the length and exactly where each carabiner should go. When we had questions he was amazing in answering quickly. When I asked if we could speak with him as we were hanging it and unsure of something my phone rang within 10 minutes of me sending the message. The rope is smooth to the touch and looks so amazing on our swing. Love, love, love it. I used Gerardo because my husband was not feeling confident about how to hang the swing on his own. Gerardo was a life saver. No reason to hesitate using him. If you want your rope portion of your swing to look at great as the swing it's worth the extra to let him do it for you.
