Absolutely. From changes in dimensions, finishes or fabrics. Reach out to us for assistance with a custom order.
How do I protect my outdoor furniture?
We make our furniture strong for many years of enjoyment.
To prolong the life and finish of your furniture, we offer furniture covers tailor made to all our furniture pieces. Furniture covers protect furniture from the elements and harmful UV rays.
How do I clean my swing bed?
Wood and metals frames may be cleaned with a mild soap, warm water solution.
Upholstery items may be spot cleaned with a rag dipped in mild dish detergent and warm water solution.
How are rope handrails install?
Our rope handrail systems ship ready to install by using included screws.
It is important to install brackets directly into wall studs, and not into drywall, decorative wall panels or other frame unsupported surfaces. Decorative handrails do not need to install into bracing.
Installation into masonry, concrete, brick must be done with appropriate fasteners, not included.,
What are the differences in rope collections for the rope handrails?
The Classic collection features beautiful time tested ropes that have been used for handrail systems for many years.
The Museum and Collezione rope collection features fine material ropes in designer textures and colors.
How do I clean my rope handrail?
Our rope handrails can be spot cleaned with a damp rag dipped in warm water/mild detergent solution.
